Historic British Car Colours
One project we have undertaken is the development of a series
of guides to historic British sports car colours using our
in-house production capabilities.
In the Fall of 1999, we began marketing the The Austin-Healey Colour Guide. The book was a major undertaking that took nearly two years to complete from concept to finished product. The AHCG has matches of 55 colors which were used on Big Healeys and Sprites. The Guide has sold out and we have no immediate plans to republish at this time.
The Color Guide is packaged in a gray book linen binder/slipcase (cover shown here). All text was screenprinted, colors were deposited. The book is printed on 92.5# Job Parilux archival paper and each color page was hot-laminated on two sides with 3 mil clear film.
